Hotel Give Away!!

I am giving away 4 nights at the Clarion Hotel Portland Airport (Oregon) for the dates of December 28, 2008 through January 1, 2009.

The room is 1 King size bed, nonsmoking, and comes with a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel also has an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Which is good cause it will be winter.

I am giving this away because my husband and I no longer have the money to actually make the trip, and we booked the hotel early on Priceline. I was super excited because we saved a TON of money, but there are no refunds, exchanges, credits toward a future stay, etc. What I can do is change the name on the reservation, and that is how you will benefit.
Don't be worried, I already called the hotel, and I can change the name on the reservation, so this is for real. You will need to figure out how to get there, this is for the hotel only.

So, who wants to win? All you need to do is leave a comment on this post, with a valid email address, so I can contact you. For an extra 3 entries, post about this give away on your blog, with a link to this post. For 5 more entries, post a link on your sidebar thingy. (that's the technical term I promise) Please let me know you will be posting a link so I can go check it out. I don't want to miss anyone.
The deadline to leave a comment is Wednesday December 3, 11:59pm.
Good Luck!

It sucks that you can't enjoy your own vacation. :(:(:(

I can't go either, but I can mention it on my blog and perhaps someone will be able to take your offer.

Hugs,
Lory

I'm sorry you can't go, Portland is awesome. This would be perfect for us, since we live 20 mins from Portland, so it would be like a vacation in our own city!! No driving, and easy access to babysitters(grandma and grandpa) what could be better!!

Oh and my e-mail is info@tmcustomportraits.com DUH!

Hey there, saw your giveaway at the "giveaway-a-day" website so I thought I would enter. Full disclosure- I live in Portland. But, If I won this prize I would fly my parents up from Albuquerque to visit. We are not able to go home to visit for Christmas so this would be perfect timing. I will also post your blog site to my blog so other people can enter. Thanks for the opportunity. www.miospacer.blogspot.com

- what fun! I would love to go (and live close-ish too), but if I were to win, please give it to the person who posted in front of me (MMMadrid) because flying her parents in for Christmas would be so much cooler than me just staying in a hotel for the fun of it!

What an amazing giveaway!

Let me start by saying that I'm sorry that you wont be able to make it to Portland... :( *i'm in Corvallis .. south of PDX x 1.5 hrs*

Let me also state how much I would be delighted to win this giveaway! Unfortunately circumstances changed my Christmas plans this year not allowing me to make it home for the holidays (to North Dakota), so I will be spending it w/out family here in Corvallis. This would be a super sweet 2nd choice.

:) I love Portland, and dont get there nearly as much.

If I win, I vow to send pics/postcards and a suprise! :)

Thanks for "paying it forward" by doing something good from a not so good situation.

Happy Turkey Day to you and yours!

Oh! and I'm adding you to my giveaway list on my blog!

and I've become a follower!

We live way across the other side of PDX in the country... and boy, would it be nice to be somewhere for a few days where you did not have to wake up to "feed" the woodstove at night.

My son is "THIS" close to learning to swim - and access to an indoor HEATED pool for few days might just do the trick!

And IKEA is very very near this hotel. Oh, the Swedish meatballs and lingonberry juice... ahhh...

I'm so sorry you can't go on your trip! We've postponed our travel plans as well, though Portland is a short drive from here, we could definitely manage that....would love to be entered.

Oh, wow, this would be awesome. My husband and I would love to use this as a honeymoon - we've been married since August but things have been nuts since then and we've been too busy and poor to take time away! My email is amanda1mclean@gmail.com.

Oh my gosh, I would love to win this hotel giveaway so I could put my Texas inlaws up when they come to Portland. (We have a tiny house with nowhere for them to stay and I'd love to surprise them!) What an incredibly kind and generous giveaway!

I would love to win this! My parents will be visiting Portland for the holidays, but will be crammed into my brother's house. It would be great for them to stay in a hotel instead, especially considering that my little six-month-old nephew spends much of the night crying. This is awfully generous of you!

I think that this would make a great b-day gift for the hubby (dec 28). We live in the area. Sorry that you won't be able to use it. :(

I'm sorry you won't be able to go!! On the other hand, I would love a chance to win it. We only live 3 hours from Portland and my husband and I could certainly use a mini-vacation (I've had 6 surgeries in the past 3 years and my poor husband has taken care of me, the house, our 3 kids, and both of our ailing grandparents - he deserves a break!). Thanks for the chance and Happy Holidays!

I'll post this on my blog, too.

Oh my goodness...my husband and I could SURELY use this vacation. We are so stressed with trying to have a baby (going on three years now) and we could really use some time away. So sorry that you are unable to use this wonderful vacation. Many blessings to you for giving it away!
